Data Protection: Managed Backup
​Service includes product platform health monitoring, alerting and remediation with escalation to manufacture as needed. This service includes backup job management for all moves, adds, changes and job error remediation. In addition, monthly restore tests for backup validation are provided. Up to four (4) random customer assets tested each month. This service also includes reporting for all jobs, inventory and data integrity.
Data Protection as a Service
Service includes on premise local backups with cloud replication and Disaster Recovery as a service. Protect your environment with hypervisor aware snapshot and application aware agent backups. That are stored locally and replicated to multi-site cloud data centers. In the event of a macro disaster all protected assets can be recovered in the cloud data centers for immediate access to your data.
Server Management
​Service includes monitoring, management, alerting, alert remediation, and patching (Microsoft and mainstream 3rd party). This service includes monthly patching for Microsoft products and mainstream 3rd party applications, asset and software inventory, scheduled preventative maintenance and remote-control platform. Moves, adds and changes as requested are also included within this service.
Core Network Device Management
Monitoring, management and alerting of core network switches. This service monitors network health and uptime, device hardware health, security recommendations and robust reporting for bandwidth and threshold management. This service includes moves, adds and changes as requested. In addition, this service includes bi-yearly software updates for all network devices under manufacturer support.
User Network Device Management
​Monitoring, management and alerting on all wired network devices throughout the environment. This service monitors network health and uptime, device hardware health, security recommendations and robust reporting for bandwidth and threshold management. This service includes moves, adds and changes as requested. In addition, this service includes bi-yearly software updates for all network devices under manufacturer support.
Wireless Environment Management
​Monitoring, management and alerting on controller based wireless environments. This service includes quarterly platform updates with security recommendations. This service includes platform moves, adds, and changes. In addition, this service includes scheduled software and firmware updates for all network devices under manufacturer support.
Managed Firewall
Full management of customer owned firewall - includes an initial full health check and assessment with recommendations for health and security. This platform includes monitoring, remediation and weekly reporting for health and performance indicators. Moves, adds, and changes as requested are also included within this service.
Endpoint Mangement
Advanced management of Microsoft Windows endpoints. This service includes monthly patching for Microsoft products and mainstream 3rd party applications, software/hardware asset inventory, scheduled preventative maintenance, and remote-control platform. This includes moves, adds, changes, and archive requests.
Infrastructure Platform Management - Active Directory
​Monitoring and infrastructure management of all components of Microsoft Active Directory and its components. Included components are Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate services. Moves, adds and changes as requested are also included within this service.
Enterprise Platform Management - VMware
​Environment monitoring, management and alerting with quarterly patching of ESXi hosts and vCenter platform. Moves, adds, changes with resource monitoring of all virtual machine creations and edits. Includes supporting storage platforms as they pertain to VMware environment. Includes quarterly VMware and storage updates and manufacture support escalations for both platforms.
Microsoft 365 Platform Management
​Service includes all moves, adds and changes requested to be made within Microsoft 365 cloud app tenant.
