Monitoring, management, and alerting for preexisting or acquired firewalls that includes monitoring, remediation and weekly reporting for health and performance indicators. Moves, adds, and changes as requested are also included within this service.

Management, alerting, alert remediation, and patching (Microsoft and mainstream 3rd party). Includes monthly patching for Microsoft products and mainstream 3rd party applications, asset and software inventory, scheduled preventative maintenance and remote-control platform.

Management of Microsoft Windows endpoints. This service includes monthly patching for Microsoft products and mainstream 3rd party applications, software/hardware asset inventory, scheduled preventative maintenance, and remote-control platform.

Cloud Platform Management:
Microsoft 365
Service includes comprehensive tenant-wide management. Includes all moves, adds and changes requested to be made within Microsoft 365 cloud app tenant.
Infrastructure Platform Management:
Active Directory
Monitoring and infrastructure management of all components of Microsoft Active Directory. Included components are Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services. Moves, adds and changes as requested are also included within this service.
Enterprise Platform Management:
Virtual
​Environment monitoring, management, and alerting with quarterly patching of ESXi hosts and vCenter platform. Moves, adds, changes with resource monitoring of all virtual machine creations and edits. Includes supporting storage platforms as they pertain to VMware environment. Includes quarterly VMware and storage updates and manufacture support escalations for both platforms.
Data Protection as a Service
Service includes on premise local backups with cloud replication and Disaster Recovery as a service. Protect your environment with hypervisor aware snapshot and application aware agent backups that are stored locally and replicated to multi-site cloud data centers. In the event of a macro disaster all protected assets can be recovered in the cloud data centers for immediate access to your data.
Data Protection: Managed Backup
Service includes product platform health monitoring, alerting and remediation with escalation to manufacture as needed. This service includes backup job management for all moves, adds, changes and job error remediation. In addition, monthly restore tests for backup validation are provided. Up to four (4) random customer assets tested each month. This service also includes reporting for all jobs, inventory and data integrity.
